Jennifer Ng is a principal designer at Vida Health, a service that provides patients with personalized, on-demand health coaching and programs. She has worked as a UX designer and design researcher at Fitbit, Mayo Clinic, Livongo Health, HP webOS, and Method. Jennifer holds a masters in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University. She wrote a book about ice cream around the world and is currently working on a novel based on her grandparents’ lives. If she was asked what she enjoyed doing at the age of 8, she would have answered “observing”, which is still a joy and an inspiration for storytelling.
